3. HIPAA & Data Security (Business Associate)

For our medical clients, Dialverse operates as a Business Associate. We are committed to full HIPAA compliance and implement enterprise-grade security measures including:

  • BAA Execution: We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon onboarding.
  • Encryption: All voice and text data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
  • PII Redaction: Our AI models are configured to automatically redact Sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) from logs.
  • SOC2 Type II Alignment: Our infrastructure providers are SOC2 Type II certified.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (e.g., Cloud Hosting Providers, Telephony Carriers), subject to strict confidentiality obligations.
